A good one when you want a something yummy or for dessert! All Natural Ingredients that are Vegan friendly! You need: 1/4 cup raw cacao powder. 1/4 cup rice malt syrup or honey 1/4 cup chia seeds. 1 x Avo 2 x Ripe Banana's 1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon 1/2 Cup of Shredded Coconut Handle full of Roasted Almonds 1x Tablespooon of Almond Milk! Cacao nibs, optional on top! Method: Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth! Place in Jars and then refrigerate!

Here is a super simple & healthy guy for you to try. Mango Chia Pudding 🙌🏼 🎗Soak half a cup of Chia seeds in coconut Milk & give a good whisk 🎗Add 1/4 cup of mango (we used frozen mango pieces) || + give a good mix! 🎗 Add then your fav toppings on top (ie Coconut, strawbs etx) 🎗Refrigerate overnight 🎗Add a drizzle of honey / rice malt syrup to add some more sweetness if desired before eating. E N J O Y ! Have the best day fuelling those Fearfully & Wonderfully made Bods! •

You can create many different juices, so depending on what you feel like combine all your fav Veg + Fruit together! Here's one of my new Favourites! 1¼ cups canned chickpeas, well-rinsed and patted dry with a paper towel 2 teaspoons vanilla extract ½ cup + 2 tablespoons (165 grams) natural peanut butter, SunButter Natural or almond butter - room temperature ¼ cup (80 grams) honey ( OR agave and maple syrup) 1 teaspoon baking powder a pinch of salt if your peanut butter doesn't have salt in it ½ cup (90 grams) chocolate chips (Optional!) This one I learn't from my good friend Stacey who is the Founder of The Happy Healthy Soul! It's super yummy and so simple to make! 1 cup cashews 1 cup desiccated coconut 1 cup dates For chocolate flavour 1 tbs cacao powder If needed dash of maple syrup to bind Place all ingredient in food processor/ Blender and blitz until combined. Roll into balls and coat with more coconut OR press into tin and cut into bars. Then into the fridge to set! EASY!

So Yummo! 2 Large Ripe Avo's 2 x Banana 1 Dessert Spoon of Cocoa Powder (adjust to personal taste) 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut Dash of Coconut Water Blend together, Top with Shredded Coconut + put in fridge to get cold! Extra: Add Stevia, Honey or Rice Malt Syrup for extra sweetness if needed! ENJOY!!!

This beauty is from my friend Tahlia! Simple! 1 x banana 1 x Egg 1x Egg White Blend together and Cook in Frypan with Coconut Oil! Top with Berries and Fresh Greek Yoghurt! SO GOOD!

This one is a new fav of mine that is super quick and VERY Tasty! 100gs of Firm Tofu (Organic from Aldi is cheap and great!) 1 red Capsicum 1 cup of Spinach leaves Handful of Cashew Nuts Sauce- Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, minced garlic. 1) Soak Tofu in Sauce Overnight 2) Grill the Tofu on one side in a pan, then add the Capsicum and Spinach. 3) Turn Tofu over and add the cashew nuts! Cook Tofu until lightly golden and the veggies relatively soft! ENJOY!!! *Meat can be used*
